Garoo Interactive ("we," "us," "our") makes Matter MazeBall. This page explains, plainly, what the game knows, what it doesn't, and the choices you have either way.

Information we collect

The app keeps, on your device only:

• Gameplay data — progress, settings, coins, and cosmetics saved locally. This never leaves your device unless a future version explicitly offers cloud save, and this policy will say so before it does.
• An anonymous installation ID and gameplay log — a random ID generated on your device, plus events like session length, level reached and outcome, which ball you picked, and basic error/crash information. It's first-party, stays on your device, and isn't tied to your name, account, or advertising ID. You can wipe it any time from Settings → Reset analytics ID.
• Contact information you provide — if you email us for support, we keep that correspondence to respond to you.

Information we do not collect

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
• We do not have user accounts or logins, so we have no way to identify who you are.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

How we use information

The on-device log helps us understand things like where players get stuck in the maze — nothing more exotic than that. As of this version it stays on your device; it is not transmitted, sold, or used to build an advertising profile. If a future version ever changes that, this policy will say so before the change ships, not after.

Your choices

• Reset just the analytics log any time from Settings → Reset analytics ID, without touching your saved progress.
• Clear everything — progress included — by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.
• Email us any time to ask what we hold or to request deletion.

Data retention & deletion

Locally stored gameplay data and the analytics log persist only on your device until you clear them or uninstall the app. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. To request deletion of anything tied to you, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

Matter MazeBall is rated Everyone and isn't directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children — the on-device log identifies only an anonymous, randomly generated ID, never a person. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as the game evolves, and any change that actually affects your privacy — like adding ads or a server — lands here, with a new date at the top, before it ships.
